Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

2. We will provide you with a returns reference number and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided using a tracked delivery service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Core Returns

For products with a core deposit, your old unit must be returned within 30 days to receive the core deposit refund. The core must be:

• Complete with all original components
• Free from physical damage or modifications
• Returned using the packaging we provided

Warranty Claims

If your product develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange collection and either repair, replace, or refund the product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been installed or used
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation
• Items without original packaging
• Special order or custom items

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For warranty claims and faulty items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
